De La Hoya bought the property in April 2022 for $14.6 million when it was still under construction. Now, he's looking to make a $4.9 million profit on the sale. The house sits in the MacDonald Highlands community of Henderson, just outside Las Vegas.

The mansion spans 8,954 square feet and has five bedrooms and six bathrooms. It's packed with luxury features that show off De La Hoya's success in the ring and as a promoter. There's a huge walk-in closet, a full kitchen with a wine cellar, and three bars spread throughout the house. For entertainment, the property boasts an office, a game room/lounge, a high-end golf simulator, and a private movie theater.

Outside, there's a six-car garage for De La Hoya's collection, plus a swimming pool and spa to relax in the Nevada heat.

De La Hoya and his partner Holly Sonders put their personal touch on the interior. They went for an artistic and bold style, filling the space with pop art and custom furniture.

The boxer confirmed the sale on his Instagram story. He wrote:

"We love Las Vegas, and we're officially building a bigger house! If you want to buy ours, contact @zarzanganeh"

De La Hoya plans to stay in the Las Vegas Valley. He and his family want to spend more time in the area, so they're looking to build or buy an even larger home.

This move adds another chapter to De La Hoya's impressive career. From winning Olympic gold to becoming a six-division world champion and now a successful promoter, De La Hoya continues to make big moves both in and out of the ring.
