Floyd Mayweather has named Manny Pacquiao as the best fighter he ever faced. The boxing legend made this statement a decade after their highly publicized 'Fight of the Century'.

Mayweather shared his thoughts during an interview on the Million Dollaz Worth of Game podcast. He praised Pacquiao's skills and movement in the ring.

"The best fighter I ever fought probably was Manny Pacquiao. Because of his movement. He's a hell of a fighter. I can see why he won so many fights. I can see why he's going down as a Hall of Famer. It's just certain moves he makes."

The two boxing icons faced off on Saturday, May 2, 2015, at the MGM Grand Garden Arena in Las Vegas. Mayweather won by unanimous decision, unifying the WBC, WBA, and WBO world welterweight titles. Despite the hype, many fans and pundits felt the fight didn't live up to expectations.

Now, at 46 years old, Pacquiao is planning a comeback. He's set to face Mario Barrios on July 19 for the WBC world welterweight title. This fight comes after a four-year break from the sport.

If Pacquiao wins, he'll break his own record as the oldest welterweight champion in boxing history. He set the current record in 2019 at age 40 when he defeated Keith Thurman for the WBA welterweight crown.

Mayweather's recent comments show the respect between these two boxing legends remains strong, even years after their historic bout.
