Eubank Jr. has been a popular figure in British boxing, drawing huge crowds throughout his career. He's faced some tough opponents, including a loss to Billy Joe Saunders early on and a defeat to Liam Smith in 2023, which he avenged six months later.

His most recent bout against Conor Benn at the Tottenham Hotspur Stadium was a 12-round slugfest. Both fighters landed heavy shots, but Eubank Jr., being the naturally bigger man, came out on top with a majority points win at 160 pounds.

In an interview on the Diary of a CEO podcast, Eubank Jr. laid out his perfect three-fight plan:

"I feel like the demand for this Conor Benn fight is at an all-time high right now, so I feel like that would be the fight to make next. Then you have Canelo. That is a fight I have wanted for years. I would love to share a ring with that man. And then we could throw Saunders in at the end of it, you know."

First on his list is a rematch with Benn. The demand for this fight is sky-high, and it could happen as soon as September. If the rematch doesn't materialize, Benn might move back to 147 pounds and face opponents like Mario Barrios or Devin Haney.

Next, Eubank Jr. wants to challenge Canelo, a fight he's been eyeing for years. This bout would require Eubank Jr. to move up to 168 pounds, a significant jump from his recent fights.

Lastly, he's gunning for a grudge rematch with Billy Joe Saunders. This fight might push Eubank Jr. to an even higher weight class, testing his limits as he nears the end of his career.

Eubank Jr. has faced setbacks in his career, including a loss to George Groves in a major title challenge in 2018. But he's shown resilience, bouncing back from defeats and continuing to draw crowds. As he enters the final chapter of his boxing journey, these three fights could cement his legacy in the sport.
