Billy Joe Saunders doesn't think Chris Eubank Jr will become a world champion. The former opponent of Eubank Jr shared his thoughts ahead of the upcoming fight between Eubank Jr and Conor Benn.

Saunders beat Eubank Jr early in both their careers. Now, he's giving his honest take on Eubank Jr's skills as the 33-year-old fighter gets ready to face Benn on April 26 at Tottenham Hotspur Stadium.

Eubank Jr has had some big moments in his career. He beat James DeGale and recently knocked out Liam Smith to avenge an earlier loss. He also fought for a world title against George Groves but came up short. In January 2023, he suffered his first career knockout loss.

The fight with Benn will be shown on Sky Sports Box Office. People are split on who'll win, with some favoring Eubank Jr's experience and others leaning towards Benn's youth.

Saunders shared his thoughts in an interview with UpFront:

"He'll never be world champion as long as he's got a hole in his a**e."

Saunders explained his view, comparing Eubank Jr to fighters like David Lemieux, Andy Lee, and John Ryder. He said Eubank Jr can fight but can't box.

"At 24-25, he was a 'wind-up toy', could fight all day. Now at 33-34, he needs to learn to pick punches and 'float around'."

The upcoming fight has got people talking. Benn is naturally smaller and less experienced, but some think he might have what it takes to beat the older Eubank Jr. We'll find out on April 26 when they step into the ring.
