Daniel Dubois and Joseph Parker are getting ready for a big fight. The two heavyweights will face off on February 22 for the IBF heavyweight world title.
What's interesting is that both Tyson Fury and Anthony Joshua think Parker will win. They're not the only ones - David Adeleye, a former British title challenger, also picks Parker.
The boxing world has changed a lot recently. Tyson Fury retired in January after losing to Oleksandr Usyk for the second time. Anthony Joshua lost to Usyk twice too, in 2021 and 2022. Fans won't get to see Fury and Joshua fight each other now that Fury's retired.
Both Dubois and Parker have been doing well lately. Dubois is the current IBF heavyweight champion. Parker, who Joshua beat a while back, has also been winning fights.
These two have beaten some big names recently. They've won against fighters like Anthony Joshua, Zhilei Zhang, Deontay Wilder, Fillip Hrgvic, and Jarrell Miller.
When Turki Alalshikh, who runs the General Entertainment Authority, asked Joshua who he thought would win, Joshua said Parker.
Fury agrees. He told TNT Sports:
"I've got to go with my old pal, Joseph Parker."
Fury and Parker have trained together before, which might be why Fury calls him his "old pal".
The winner of this fight might get a chance to become the undisputed champion by fighting Oleksandr Usyk next.
