David Benavides has spoken out about the fact that their fight with Saul Alvarez has yet to take place.
"To be honest, I really don't know. I was thinking, why wouldn't he take this fight? But every time I go back to those thoughts, I realize that he's just afraid to fight me. He feels the odds are not in his favor and he wants to get probably two hundred million for our fight, no less. I know that he was offered quite a lot of money, but he categorically refused to fight me," Boxing Scene quoted Benavides as saying.
