Usyk's Team Drops Bombshell on Dubois Rematch: "The Rules Have Changed"

Usyk and Dubois fought last year in Poland. The match got people talking when Dubois landed a shot that the referee called a low blow. Usyk took his full recovery time before stopping Dubois in the later rounds.

Now Dubois holds the IBF belt that Usyk gave up. Some folks think they might fight again for all the titles. But Alex Krassyuk, Usyk's promoter, doesn't seem too excited about it.

In an interview with FightHubTV, Krassyuk said:

"Do you think Dubois wins Parker? My bet is with Parker. We don't know what we're going to see. Everything is possible or nothing is impossible."

Krassyuk's talking about Dubois' upcoming fight. On February 22, Dubois will defend his IBF heavyweight world championship against Joseph Parker. Parker used to hold the WBO world title and has beaten both Deontay Wilder and Zhilei Zhang in his last two fights.

The fight between Dubois and Parker will be a big test. If Dubois loses, any talk of a rematch with Usyk for all the belts will have to wait.

Usyk remains unbeaten as a pro boxer. He's shown he can handle pressure, rarely taking steps back in his recent win over former two-time champ Tyson Fury. For now, it looks like Team Usyk will wait and see what happens with Dubois before making any big plans.
