Legendary Boxer Dismisses Klitschko's Comeback Against Fury: "He's Too Old Now"

Klitschko retired in 2017 after losing to Anthony Joshua. Before that, he lost to Fury in 2015. But now, there's talk about him coming back to the ring. He might fight Daniel Dubois, the IBF World Champion, or even Fury again if Fury beats Oleksandr Usyk.

Jones Jr told Covers.com that Klitschko has a chance. He praised the Klitschko brothers:

"They're strong, very good boxers, and intellectual. They took great care of their bodies. It depends on how much his body has aged, but they should be fine to fight at any age."

Fury beat Klitschko back in 2015, winning by unanimous decision when many thought he couldn't. Now, Fury's got his eyes on Usyk for the undisputed title. They tried to make the fight in May, but it didn't work out. The BBC reported on why those talks fell through.

Turki Alalshikh, who represents Riyadh Season, wants to see Klitschko fight Fury again. And it's not just Wladimir who's kept in shape. His brother Vitali has also stayed fit since retiring.

We'll have to wait and see if Klitschko really does step back into the ring. If he does, it'll be interesting to see how he performs after being away for so long.
