Anthony Joshua gears up for a knockout win against Daniel Dubois, according to his former trainer Robert Garcia. The heavyweights will clash on September 21 at Wembley Stadium in an IBF showdown.

Joshua's career has seen its fair share of ups and downs. He started as a knockout machine, finishing his first 14 fights inside three rounds. His list of notable wins includes Dillian Whyte, Charles Martin for the IBF world title, Dominic Breazeale, Eric Molina, and the legendary Wladimir Klitschko. It wasn't until his fight with Joseph Parker that Joshua went the distance for the first time.

But Joshua's path hasn't been without challenges. He suffered his first defeat in his 23rd fight against Andy Ruiz. Joshua bounced back with a rematch win, but Ruiz later explained what went wrong for him in that fight. Joshua then faced two points losses over 24 rounds against Oleksandr Usyk in 2021 and 2022.

Recently, Joshua's gotten back to his knockout ways with three back-to-back stoppages. This return to form has caught the attention of his former trainer, Robert Garcia, who was in Joshua's corner for the Usyk rematch.

In an interview with Boxing King Media, Garcia shared his thoughts on the upcoming fight:

"It is a close fight because we can't underestimate a world champion, nobody can, nobody should, but me personally I think the activity, the confidence he built in his last four fights, it's enough to turn it into an easy fight. I think Joshua wins comfortably and I think he wins by knockout."

Garcia's prediction stems from Joshua's recent activity and the confidence he's built in his last four fights. The former trainer believes these factors will make the difference against Dubois.

Looking beyond the Dubois fight, Garcia even backs Joshua in a potential matchup against Tyson Fury. It seems the former trainer's confidence in Joshua's abilities remains high, despite their professional split.

As the fight date approaches, all eyes will be on Wembley Stadium to see if Joshua can deliver the knockout performance Garcia predicts.
