Ukrainian veteran Oleksandr Gvozdyk (20-2, 16 KOs) failed to create a sensation in his fight against American David Benavides (29-0, 24 KOs) in the co-main event of the Premier Boxing Champions boxing show in Las Vegas, USA.

The fight for the WBC interim bantamweight belt went the whole distance and ended with Benavides winning by unanimous decision (116-112, 117-111 and 119-109).
