"It's a terrible thing for boxing. It's a terrible thing for the sport in general. And there's nothing you can do to this guy (Garcia - note) except take him out of the sport. It's a terrible thing. We, Haney, are honest and fair. We believe in hard work. And Garcia testing positive just makes a mockery of the sport. It's just awful. It makes me feel heartbroken," stated Haney Sr.
Recall, both doping samples Ryan Garcia, which he took before and after the fight with Haney, were positive.
