Suleiman believes the Canelo vs. Munguia fight could interfere with the Canelo vs. Benavides fight

Mauricio Sulaiman, president of the WBC, spoke out about the Alvarez-Munguia fight. He believes that this fight could interfere with Canelo's bout with David Benavides.

"Alvarez - Benavides is a great fight that a lot of fans want to see. David Benavides will move up to flyweight in June and then decide which weight class he will continue at - whether he goes back to 168 pounds or stays at 175. As for Canelo's fight with Munguia, it could interfere with the Benavides fight. Munguia is a top contender. Recall, the fight between Canelo and Munguia is scheduled for May 4.
