Mayweather named the most difficult opponent of his career. This is not Pacquiao

Legendary former world boxing champion in five weight categories Floyd Mayweather (50-0, 27 KOs) claims the hardest fight of his career was given to him by a journeyman Emanuel Augustus (38-34-6, 20 KO).

“My toughest opponent was Emmanuel Augustus. His record does not reflect his skill. This guy was incredible,” Mayweather said in an interview with YouTube channel Fight Hub TV.

Let us remember that the fight between Mayweather and Augustus took place in 2000. Floyd won in the ninth round after the opposing team refused to continue the fight.
