The nutritionist spoke about Fury's nutrition before the fight with Ngannou

George Lockhart, nutritionist for the WBC heavyweight champion Tyson Fury, spoke about the Briton’s diet during the training camp for the fight with the former UFC heavyweight title holder Francis Ngannou.

“I would say that at the moment he is on 3500 calories a day, but it all depends on the situation. As he gets closer to the fight, his performance obviously begins to increase. In the last two weeks before the fight, he will probably consume 5000-6000 calories. His weight seems to decrease closer to the fight,” the Daily Star quotes a specialist.

Let us remind you that the fight between Fury and Ngannou will take place on October 28 in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia.
