Coach Golovkin said whether the Kazakhstani will continue his career

Mentor of a former world champion Gennady Golovkin Jonathon Banks answered a question about the future of his ward.

“I can’t talk about his future because I haven’t communicated with Gennady. I don’t want to speak on behalf of Golovkin or anyone on his team. I didn't talk to him about it because I participated in different training camps.

“I think I’ll contact him to see how he’s feeling, what’s going on and what he’s thinking,” Banks said in an interview with Seconds Out.

Let us remember that Golovkin made his last performance in September last year, losing to Saul Alvarez by unanimous decision.
