Overeem officially announced his retirement

Alistair Overeem, a former champion of the K-1 promotion, a former contender for the UFC title, officially announced his retirement.

“With this post I officially announce the end of my fighting career. I will be forever grateful for all the amazing people I've had the opportunity to meet and work with, all the opportunities I've been given, and the amazing places I've been able to visit during my career. But my fight is not over yet. I will continue my fight in Dutch politics. I will advocate for improved mental and physical health around the world.”
