Shevchenko underwent surgery on her hand

Former UFC flyweight champion Valentina Shevchenko successfully underwent surgery after a comminuted fracture of a finger received in a fight with Alexa Grasso.

“The surgery on my arm yesterday went well. Now I’m focused on recovery,” Shevchenko wrote on her X page.

Let us remind you that the fight between Shevchenko and Grasso took place on September 17 and ended in a draw by a split decision. This result left the title in the hands of the Mexican athlete.
