Bisping explains why Strickland's team wants a rematch with Cannonier

Former UFC middleweight champion Michael Bisping shared his thoughts on why the current title holder's team Sean Strickland wants to make the first defense against Jared Cannonier.

“Khamzat Chimaev and Dricus Du Plessis are absolute monsters. Cannonier is probably the easiest opponent in the division for Sean right now. This may sound offensive to Jared, but I don’t want to offend him. “I just want to say that they had a really close fight,” Bisping said in a release on his YouTube channel.

Let's remember that in December last year, Cannonier defeated Strickland by split decision.
