Saturday in Las Vegas Terence Crawford (39-0, 30 KOs) will face Errol Spence Jr. (28-0, 22 KOs) for the absolute world welterweight title.
Both fighters are eligible for a rematch, so it's likely that Crawford's second fight with Spence will take place in the first half of next year. However, it is not yet certain in what weight range this revenge will take place.
A clause in the contract stipulates that the rematch can be held in welterweight or junior middleweight. Spence announced that Saturday's performance is likely to be his last in the 66 kg weight category. Both boxers will earn over $10 million for Saturday's fight.
