McGregor beats Lobov in court: the second claim of the Russian was rejected

The Irish High Court dismissed the second lawsuit. Artem Lobovin which he accused Conor McGregor and his father in insults and "a coordinated attack on social networks." Artem demanded that McGregor remove "slanderous posts."

It is worth noting that after the first lawsuit, in which Lobov demanded 5 percent of the sale of the whiskey brand  Proper No. 12., McGregor repeatedly called Lobov a rat, which the Russian especially did not like. In his opinion, calling him this word, Conor meant that Lobov "deceives or discloses confidential information and denounces people," which is not true.

However, Judge Garret Simon said that the word "rat" is one of the offensive terms, as well as an element of trash talk. But not "slander". Therefore, he rejected Lobov's application.
