Former UFC Middleweight Champion Brazilian Anderson Silva shared his expectations from the upcoming boxing match with a well-known blogger Jake Paul.
“When you fight martial arts, you have to be a little crazy, I am. This is not for everyone, but today, in this hall, everyone is special. All the guys are a little crazy.
It's a competition and I've been training hard to put on a great show for everyone. This fight is special to me. I always try to do my best because I love fighting and my job. Now I am free and I can do whatever I want.
I do not believe that any outcome of this duel will somehow affect my legacy. I'm going to do my best to give something to the new generation. Jake and I bring two generations together. People say this fight will affect our legacies, but I don't believe it. We just do all this for the sake of passion and love for the sport.
People always ask me: “Are you sure you want to fight Jake Paul? He has beaten a lot of UFC fighters." I say: “Yes, I think I am ready for this. He is younger than me, but I am a superhero,” Silva said.
Recall that Silva and Paul will fight on October 29 in Glendale, Arizona, USA.
