Alvarez: "No one takes risks like me"

These ambiguous words may turn out to be more believable when the Mexican star crosses his gloves for the third time this coming Saturday. Gennady Golovkin (42-1-1, 37 KOs). They tied the first fight, the second Mexican won, although many believe that the judges were overly favorable to him. If Canelo wins convincingly this time, maybe those comments will disappear.

In May, Canelo moved up to light heavyweight, but lost to the WBA champion Dmitry Bivol (20-0, 11 KOs), who clearly dominated the ring.

“No one does what I do, so I am always the best fighter in the world of boxing. No one takes risks like me, no one goes beyond. Moreover, I have so much fame and money that I do not need to do this. However, such challenges turn me on. I still consider myself the best boxer in the world,” added Alvarez, the absolute champion in the super middleweight category (up to 76.2 kg).
