Khabib: I like Ferguson, but he has a little head problem

Former UFC Lightweight Champion Khabib Nurmagomedov declared that he was sympathetic to Tony Ferguson, but doubts that he will ever cooperate with an American fighter.

“I have no hatred for this guy. I like him. But I think he has a little problem with his head. This is just my opinion. But it's good for him. At 38, he doesn't have to compete with all those young lions. They are young and hungry, and he is already 38 years old. Come to me, make some money, be on some Ultimate Fighter show, be a trainer and a nice guy. It will be better for him, for his children and family. But I don't think he's smart enough to deal with me," Nurmagomedov said in an interview with MMA Underground.

Ferguson is on a four-game losing streak. In his last fight, the American lost by knockout to Michael Chandler.
