Legion-Dynamo FC could still sign Khabib

Shamil Lakhiyalov, president of soccer club Legion-Dynamo, told how things stand with the possible signing of a contract with Khabib Nurmagomedov.

"We have still time to sign him, the application is open until September 7. Before that time some clarity will come. For now, he is not ready to play. But we pay attention to the key word "for now". He has not categorically said "no" to us. As far as I know, Khabib left Makhachkala and must return until the 7th. Then we'll meet..." the functionary said.
