Vitali Klitschko: Wladimir said that he would start thinking about returning to the ring for $100 million

Former heavyweight champion, and now the mayor of Kiev, the capital of Ukraine, Vitali Klitschko, spoke about his attitude to the possible return to the ring of his brother Wladimir. Earlier it was announced about Klitschko's win-win combination: for his birthday DAZN offered him a “gift” of 80 million dollars.

“When the news came that DAZN offered $40 million for the return, I called him and asked what was happening. He said: “This offer doesn’t really interest me.” When a few weeks later they were talking about an offer of 80 million, I called again and asked: "What is the situation now?" He said: "This is not a sentence that changes my opinion, maybe I will start thinking about it on a hundred million," Vitali said.

“No matter what decision he makes, I will support him a hundred percent. We have always done this. Money is very important in life. But Wladimir does not need money, he took care of it. He earned a lot in his career, invested well, he has a good business. Money will not motivate him.

“He has nothing to prove as a boxer. He wrote a history, he was one of the greatest boxers ever. For me, he cannot win anything in return. But only he himself can decide. The main thing in life is not money, but health.

“Wladimir looks very fit. If he takes off his shirt, everyone will see that he looks even better than when he was a boxer. He trains every day. And look at him: he looks good and relaxed. As if he had slept for a hundred years. His head is clean, he is not injured, he enjoys his life," said Klitschko.
