Gassiev: Those who predict an easy victory for Usyk against Briedis are mistaken

IBF cruiserweight champion Murat Gassiyev (23-0, 17 KOs) commented on the victory of WBC champion Mairis Briedis (23-0, 18 KOs) over Mike Perez (22-3-1, 14 KOs) in the quarter finals of World Boxing Super Series, and also told what he awaits from the fight of the Latvian against Alexander Usyk (13-0, 11 KOs).

"The judges' decision was absolutely fair. Briedis showed himself to be a true universal fighter who can absolutely everything in the ring and does it at a very high level. His battle with Usyk will be very interesting and those who predict an easy victory for Alexander, I am sure, are mistaken. But personally I have no doubt that the battle between them will be very interesting. I'm looking forward to it!"
