Bellew: "If the right fee is offered, I'll fight again"

Former world featherweight champion Tony Bellew, 41, has spoken out about a possible return to the octagon.

It will be recalled that last year, another British remaining veteran and former world champion Carl Froch offered Bellew an exhibition bout.

"Was Froch really joking? You never know with him. I don't know what the price would be for me to get in the ring and fight Carl in an exhibition fight, but I can tell you the bout won't go the full distance. Never say never. The fight will not take place at Goodison Park but Carl will not hear the final gong, let me tell you that.

If someone offers me the right fee, I regretfully have to say I will fight again. Everyone has a price, and everyone on social media can talk about what they like, but everyone needs to be paid. If the right price is offered, then you get the fights," - quotes Bellew talkSPORT.

Recall that Bellew hung the gloves on the nail in November 2018.
