UFC middleweight champion Dricus Du Plessis continues to drum up public interest in a potential bout with former belt holder Israel Adesanya.
"So, Israel claims he's going to drag my corpse across South Africa. So be a man of your word and let's see if you can do that.
We're trying to make this fight happen and we're talking about it. It's what the fans want to see. This is the fight I want. I want to fight the best opponents. Honestly, I don't care who my opponent is going to be because I'm the champion. I'll fight anyone they put across from me, but deep down I want to face the guy that people want to see. At the end of the day, we entertain the fans. That's our job," MMA Mania quoted Du Plessis as saying.
Recall, earlier Du Plessis refused to fight Adesanya at UFC 300 due to injury.
