Sean Strickland, former UFC middleweight champion, has admitted to experiencing mental health issues.

"I've been on edge all week and I've been writing shit on social media. I woke up and told my girlfriend, 'Baby, I feel like I'm a danger to people.' And I don't feel like I belong in this world." I'm rich, I'm famous, I have everything I've ever damn well wanted, and I'm still mentally unwell. In that kind of thinking, I get to the point where I want to burn everything in this world to the ground. I'm going to go train right now and try to hurt all my friends and all the demons will go away. I just want you guys to know that I have everything I could ever want in this world and I'm still fighting. So guys, regardless of what you're going through, I hope you all feel better. Go to the gym, work out. I wish you all the best," Strickland wrote on social media.
