Famous Ukrainian welterweight Oleksandr Gvozdik compared his former rival Artur Beterbiev with his upcoming opponent David Benavides.
"Benavides is faster. More combinational. They're both experienced. I think Benavides is more active. In the U.S. they call such people a volume puncher, meaning he is a fighter who throws a lot of punches. At the same time, I think he's not as tough as Beterbiev. Arthur has better footwork. I wouldn't say he has incredible footwork. But compared to Benavides, he's better. I mean, he's a little static on his feet. If we were talking about a face-to-face fight between Beterbiev and Benavides, I wouldn't say with certainty who will win. I would say Beterbiev. But, you know, there is also such a thing as "styles". It's hard to say. After the fight, we'll contact you again. And then I will say for sure with whom it was more difficult - with Beterbiev or with Benavides", - quotes the boxer vRINGe.
