Belal Muhammad, the top UFC welterweight, expressed his opinion on which fight should headline the UFC 300 anniversary tournament, which will take place on the night of April 14 in Las Vegas.
“If I don’t get the fight with Edwards, then UFC 300 should be headlined by the fight between Dricus Du Plessis and Israel Adesanya. This fight makes sense. This is a great matchup for an event like this. I think this fight makes sense for UFC 300,” the fighter said.
Previously Adesanya has already hinted that he will fight at UFC 300 by publishing a corresponding poster on social networks. Before that the manager Du Plessis claimed that Izzy verbally agreed to fight Drikus.
