Froch finds no justification for cutting Fury

“I saw this weird video of the elbow strike. I don’t understand why the guy hits with his elbow in sparring. Injuries happen, but they shouldn't happen in fights of this magnitude when so much is at stake. Fury should have kept his sparring partners at a distance two weeks before the fight, holding them with a jab and tying them up as soon as they got close. From the video I saw, Fury didn't look sharp or focused. I don’t think there is any justification for cutting it. This has never happened to me.”
