Sonnen surprised by the result of the Strickland-Du Plessis fight

Former UFC fighter and current analyst Chael Sonnen spoke out about the result of the fight between Dricus Du Plessis and Sean Strickland. In particular, Sonnen admitted that he was rooting for Sean, but, in Chael’s opinion, he lost this confrontation.

“Strickland and I lost every round. Every round of combat. In my heart of hearts, I think the round score should be 5-0. At best it's 4-1. I think the fans will agree with me...” Sonnen said and added that he was surprised by the split decision.

Let us remember that Du Plessis beat Strickland by split decision and became the new UFC middleweight champion.
