Chandler won't fight Covington

Michael Chandler, a top UFC lightweight, spoke about a possible fight with a former contender for the organization's welterweight title Colby Covington.

“A fight with Covington? I didn’t want to either now or ever before. Colby is scheduled to fight on the preliminary card. That’s my opinion,” Chandler said.

Let us remember that Chandler earlier criticized Covington’s performance in the fight with Edwards, calling him “sucks.”
