Trump helps Covington prepare plan for fight with Edwards

Colby Covington, a contender for the UFC welterweight title, said former US President Donald Trump is giving him coaching advice ahead of his upcoming fight with Leon Edwards.

“He’s a good friend of mine, and it’s not just an occasional meeting every few months. A couple of weeks ago I was at his residence at Mar-a-Lago, and I call him regularly to ask him about his fight plan. He gives me great coaching advice,” the fighter said.

Let us remind you that the confrontation between Covington and Edwards will take place on December 16 and will headline UFC 296.
