Garcia worked with Joshua last year ahead of a rematch with the unified heavyweight champion Oleksandr Usyk in Saudi Arabia. Joshua performed well in the 12-round fight, especially well in the ninth round, but in the end he lost to the Ukrainian for the second time in a row by a decision of the judges.
