Sonnen explained why he doesn't respect his colleagues

"I can't even express how much I don't respect a guy who skips martial arts events. If this is your job, you're asked to work three times a year, I absolutely don't care how you feel on one of those three days. I don't respect fellow fighters because they only work three times a year," Sonnen said on his YouTube channel.
