Cormier names the toughest fight for Makhachev

Daniel Cormier, former UFC champion in two weight classes, named the toughest opponent for Islam Makhachev, the promotion's welterweight champion.

“Shavkat Rakhmonov is the guy I think about and say: 'This is the craziest fight you can imagine.' Islam versus Rakhmonov. Rakhmonov's size, his wrestling skills, his striking - it's a really cool fight. I thought Islam would have the toughest fight of his career last weekend, but he clearly showed that this is not the case. However, if he were to fight Shavkat, I think that would definitely be the toughest fight of his career,” Cormier said in the latest episode of the analytical show 'Good Guy/Bad Guy' on ESPN.
