Glover Teixeira and Alex Pereira responded to Khamzat Chimaev's challenge, who previously declared his readiness to beat them both.
"Chimaev should fight Poatan, but first he needs to get this fight, because right now we need Jon Jones, a big name. But if Chimaev ever fights Poatan, I'll bet a house on Alex. As for me, I'm retired, Chimaev, but if anything, I'm around—we can clash in the hotel lobby, anywhere, as soon as we see each other. You want to fight me? I'll take your life," said Teixeira.
As for Pereira, he suggested a BJJ bout to Chimaev and to donate the fees to charity.
