Figueredo named the winner of the fight Dvalishvili - Nurmagomedov

Deiveson Figueredo, former UFC lightweight champion, gave his prediction for the upcoming fight between current belt holder Merab Dvalishvili and Umar Nurmagomedov.

"I'm more inclined to think that Merab will win. I think so, because although he doesn't have good striking technique, he knows how to wear people down and move them to the floor. On the other hand, Umar knows how to finish his opponent while on the bottom, so that's a definite risk for Merab. But I see Merab's hand being raised after five rounds," MMA Junkie quoted Figueredo as saying.

Recall that Dvalishvili and Nurmagomedov will fight on January 18 at UFC 311 in Los Angeles, USA.
