Usman offered to fight Rakhmonov for UFC interim title

Sayat Abdrakhmanov, Shavkat Rakhmonov's manager, said that the UFC is ready to play the interim welterweight champion belt in a fight between his ward and Kamaru Usman.

"Yes, there's a negotiation going on right now. Obviously it's being discussed right now. I don't know if anyone else has received an offer, but I'm sure they have offered the fight to Kamar Usman."

As a reminder, Rakhmonov was scheduled to fight reigning champion Muhammad on December 7, but the latter withdrew from the fight due to injury.
