McGregor violated a ban from the UFC

Conor McGregor, the former UFC champion in two weight categories, broke the promotion's ban on betting. The Irishman bet a million dollars that Alex Pereira's fight with Khalil Rountree would end early.

"He who does not risk, he does not drink champagne," McGregor wrote in social networks.

Recall, the UFC forbids its fighters to make bets since 2022 and considers it a violation of the "Code of Conduct for UFC athletes".
