White: "O'Malley didn't look sharp and edgy until the fifth round."

UFC CEO Dana White criticized Sean O'Malley's performance in his fight against Merab Dvalishvili in the main event of UFC 306 in Las Vegas, USA.

Yesterday, September 15, the American lost to the Georgian by unanimous decision of the judges and forfeited the promotion's lightweight title.

"He looked bland. He didn't look sharp and sharp until the fifth round. He got him with a body kick and kept hitting him, trying to finish him, but I looked at the punching stats and there were only about six thrown in a couple rounds. So yeah, it was far from a great performance," White said at the press conference.
