Aspinall: "I'm ready to fight anytime."

"Look, buddy, if you can fight well at 12 o'clock at night, but you can't fight well at four in the morning, then in my opinion, you're not a good fighter at all. I've traveled the world many times and fought in different time zones without even adjusting. And now I've had a full training camp at home. I'm ready to fight at any hour, so if that's an excuse for someone, buddy, then that person is not worthy of stepping into the octagon," Aspinall said on the MMA Hour podcast.
