Kamaru Usman, former UFC welterweight champion, has endorsed current champion Leon Edwards ahead of his fight with Belal Muhammad.
"I like Leon as a champion. He has all the skills to be one. As a fan I was upset that this fight wasn't organized sooner. It's been a long time coming, but we'll get it soon. I look forward to Leon proving that he rightfully holds his place in the P4P rankings. Leon should train with the mindset of being the best and prove it in battle to every opponent. I want to see him show his killer instinct in this fight when he realizes he is the best," Low Kick MMA quotes Kamara as saying.
Recall, the fight between Edwards and Muhammad will take place on July 27 in Manchester in the frame of UFC 304.
