Imavov is confident he can withstand the strikes from Cannonier

Nassourdine Imavov, the UFC's French middleweight, has spoken out about his upcoming fight against Jared Cannonnier.

"I can take his punches, but can he even hit me? I'm not Marvin Vettori, I have a different style. Marvin is slow and getting older. Winning this fight will bring me closer to the championship belt and the title of the best in the world, so I am very motivated," said Imavov.

Recall, the fight between Imavovov and Cannonier will take place on the night of June 9 and will headline UFC On ESPN 57.
