Almeida named the winner of the Makhachev - Porye fight

Brazilian heavyweight Jailton Almeida shared his prediction for the upcoming lightweight division title fight between champion Islam Makhachev and former interim titleholder Dustin Puryear.

"I've always been a big fan of Makhachev. As everybody knows, I'm a fan of this school, a fan of this style. I'm a huge fan of Khabib. We crossed paths in training once and I was delighted. So I think the victory will go to Islam," - quotes Almeida MMA Junkie.

Recall that Makhachev and Puryear will meet in the main event of UFC 302, which will take place on the night of June 2 in Newark, USA. Almeida will share the octagon with Alexander Romanov as part of the same event.
