The WBO junior welterweight champion Shakur Stevenson spoke about the upcoming rematch between Floyd Mayweather and Manny Pacquiao.
Stevenson, known for his analytical approach to boxing and respect for the legends of the sport, left no doubt in his prediction. He is convinced that Mayweather will once again be significantly stronger than his long-time rival.
"Pacman against Mayweather. Floyd will roast him. Bet all your money on it. He is the greatest fighter in history. Bet as much as you want on Floyd. He will outbox him, win easily, take the check, and go home," Stevenson said.
The rematch of the two boxing icons is scheduled for September 19 in Las Vegas at the unique Sphere arena. The fight will be the first professional boxing event at this high-tech venue and will be broadcast live on Netflix worldwide.
Recall that in their first meeting in 2015, Mayweather won by unanimous decision.
