The former undisputed world champion in three weight classes, Terence Crawford, made a prediction for one of the most anticipated bouts in modern boxing — the potential fight between WBO titleholder in junior welterweight Shakur Stevenson and WBC welterweight champion Ryan Garcia.
In Crawford's opinion, the outcome of the meeting is predetermined: Shakur will completely dominate his opponent and "wipe the floor with Ryan." The legend emphasized that Garcia will not be able to land punches on Stevenson as easily as he hit Mario Barrios.
"Mario stood there to take punches, he was too slow, and he didn't have a fight plan. He followed Garcia throughout the match. Shakur won't be a fighter that allows punches to land on him. It's simple," Crawford stated, explaining why the American's style is perfectly suited to neutralize Garcia's offensive arsenal.
