Legendary British boxer Lennox Lewis, former undisputed heavyweight champion, admitted that he would gladly return to the ring in the modern era.
According to Lewis, the current time in the division seems especially attractive to him. The current heavyweight 'king,' Oleksandr Usyk, particularly intrigues the former champion.
"I would like to compete in this era of boxing because I would enjoy fighting Usyk," Lewis stated.
He added that he does not understand why modern fighters cannot decipher the Ukrainian's style and expressed confidence in his own abilities: "I could figure him out."
"Usyk does the right things. He moves well, doesn't take hits. He's elusive, hard to hit," the Brit emphasized, while acknowledging Alexander’s outstanding qualities.
